GOVERNING LAW

These T&Cs will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Armenia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these T&Cs will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute, we will use our best efforts to resolve the issue amicably and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or litigation as set out above.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These T&Cs, together with any other documents or policies referenced within them (such as our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

LANGUAGE DISPUTE

In the event of any dispute arising from these T&Cs, the English language version will prevail unless otherwise specified in writing by both parties.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing our business. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these T&Cs if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond the reasonable control of either party (such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, or government interventions).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising out of or related to these T&Cs, including but not limited to consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

WAIVER OF RIGHTS

No failure or delay by either party in exercising any right under these T&Cs shall operate as a waiver of that right.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may modify or update these T&Cs from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

Either party may terminate these T&Cs upon written notice to the other party.
